  Worst experience ever. booked and payed in advance for day on water in boat. Drove 2 hours and got there at 6 am The time we had agreed on with owner. There is no one there! We knock on doors ring door bells honk on car horns and call business many times .. nothing. Another family shows up and they too are perplexed. We all wait three hours and finally a door opens and a man starts walking away from us we follow asking where were you. he goes into his bait/rental store and asks who we are. We say we made an appointment for 6 and drove two hours to here. he continues with someone logged a boat out as you. his voice slurred and eyes barely open. we have been here, no one was here but us. He says oh i can refund your money. How does that he we ask? but yes do sure refund us. This has gone on long enough our day and trip is ruined. The man freaks out on us and yells at us to get the F off his property. How did we deserve this attack or attitude. We were excited about our trip. We hoped for a beautiful day and got instead a great disappointment. I don't know how this business survives. How can any business treat its customers like this? Drunk or hung over still no way to treat any human being. DONT RUIN YOUR TRIP
